C'est au Canada que nous allons aujourd'hui, où la revue "Smart Careers" publie un article sur nos métiers avec un titre plutôt sympa "Some Of The Best Job In Aviation Are On The Ground".

Behind-the-scenes world of air traffic control is full of excitement, responsibility
Most industries have a career path that jumps to mind instantly. For the aviation industry, we usually think of pilots. We see them every time we board an airplane. But behind the scenes, there’s another team of highly-trained professionals helping keep flights moving safely and on time. They’re called air traffic controllers and their job is to direct and control aircraft.

They work for NAV CANADA at airport control towers and area control centres across the country, guiding thousands of passenger and cargo jets, turbo-props, small airplanes and helicopters through Canadian skies every day.

For Anthony Waggott and Alanna Bateup of Edmonton, a career in air traffic control offered the challenge and the fastpaced excitement of the aviation industry they were looking for.
