Corporatisation du prestataire finlandais

finaviaFinavia Corporation will continue the operations of the Finavia as a company owned fully by the State of Finland.

"This transformation into a company will provide Finavia with new possibilities [...] to create connections with the rest of the world. After a period of 19 years as a state enterprise, we will continue to serve [...] as Finavia Corporation," says Samuli Haapasalo, President and CEO.

Finavia Corporation is a company fully owned by the State. Finavia's ownership steering lies with the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

Finavia's existing personnel will be transferred to the new company as 'old employees'. The transition to a company will have no impact on the number of personnel, conditions of employment or work tasks.
