GdF_logoGdF, representing 100% of staff employed by DFS, the German Air Navigation Service Provider, supports SNCTA, SATAC and indeed the French air traffic controllers who are ready to work together with their colleagues at European level.

The decision of the French government was a great step in the right direction. We are willing to work, on the basis of that declaration, to the construction of a public international organization to provide air navigation services over the FABEC airspace, providing adequate statuses and working conditions for all staff from the safety chain. We have to and we do recognize that there is a change in European ATC world, based on EU regulations regarding SES. Our aim should be to work very close together with trade unions and associations on FABEC level to find best solutions for all our members.

We have worked, during the last three years, with SNCTA and SATAC, to promote the idea of MOSAIC. We hope that the French ATCO’s will send a clear message that this must go on, a clear message that WE  are staying together and we will not get divided.

Michael Schäfer

GdF President

Et pour le plaisir celui de nos amis de EDYY :

TUEM_LogoTUEM represents 97% of the Air Traffic Controllers and their support staff at MUAC. The recent momentous decision by the French government was a visionary step toward the future. We embrace that step and would go forward with that vision of creating an organisation that provides equal conditions and equal quality of service and safety throughout such a network.

These past years has seen TUEM working closely together with SNCTA and SATAC. We like to think that French Air Traffic Controllers and Engineer/Technicians will further endorse the need to work and move forward together in this new international initiative.

Volker Dick,
TUEM President
